There’s good news and bad news. The good news is our signage is done and it looks awesome! Check it:

Okay. Seriously folks. Our street kitchen has hit a bump in the road. It’s not a food thing. It’s not a seriously awesome-looking truck thing. It’s a… it’s…. a…. we can’t even stand to say the words… permit snafu. It’ll get fixed, and it’ll be soon, but it’s not going to be by our target opening date because that was Tuesday. As in, last Tuesday. D’oh. Opening an eatery of any kind is a tricky labyrinth. An eatery on wheels is even more, ummm, special.
We are sad. We look longingly at trucks of all genres and dream of the day ours is rolling proper.

Hope you guys are making a joke when you spell the word “meat” as “meet.” I mean, you are in the FOOD biz, right? Your website looks great. Good luck with the permits.
